Manchester United shot stopper Tom Heaton is preparing to sit down with Erik ten Hag to discuss his future.

Heaton played the full 90 minutes of a friendly win over Arsenal in preseason in the United States.

However, he is aware that Andre Onana will be the no.1 after signing from Inter Milan this summer.

Per The Guardian, Heaton wants to play regularly before he retires, as he is now 37.

United are willing to let Heaton leave, but only if they can secure a no.2 for the coming season.

United have been linked with various keepers, including Japanese talent Zion Suzuki.
